NY Yankee baseball. Since the 'old' Yankee Stadium was built in 1923, from Babe Ruth to Derek Jeter......86 years, 40 World Series appearances (46%), 27 World Championships (31%). A remarkable achievement. Thanks to King George for his willingness to field a contender every year.
